Our Accommodation reception is at the bar inside Club Byron. Our friendly bar staff can assist with what you need or help you contact our Accommodation manager. Check-in is usually 2 pm onwards. On the day of your booking, you will receive an email or message through your booking platform as soon as your room is ready. The check-in message will include directions to Club Byron, your room and parking space. You will be provided with a lock box code, and the lock box is located at the front door of your cabin. If you require assistance with the lockbox or cannot view your check-in information, please contact our accommodation manager or pop in to the bar at Club Byron so our friendly bar staff can assist you. 

Your keys are in a lock box at the front door of your cabin. Please also leave them in the lockbox when you check out.

Check-in can be any time after 2 pm Make sure you have access to a torch or light to help unlock the lockbox. Our bar is only open some nights until 9 pm; please keep this in mind if you need assistance to check in late at night. Please let our accommodation manager know if you plan to check in after 8 pm. 

Our checkout time is 10 am. We understand some guests may like to stay until later, it is difficult to grant late checkouts as check-in is at 2 pm. However, we try to accommodate our guests as much as possible, so please send a message to our accommodation manager the day before you are due to check out, and they will check the cleaning schedule. You can leave your bags with our bar staff while continuing your day. The club bar opens at 11:00 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and 10:00 Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We are a licensed venue. A person over 18 must check-in, and a guardian or parent must accompany minors. 

Roll-out beds are available for additional people who want to share your room. Only one is permitted per room, and an additional $30 per night. We do not have porta cots for hire. You can hire through Byron Bay holiday hire. Please note the two-bedroom cabins are not large enough to set a cot up in the bedroom; they will fit in the living area. 

We are located 30 minutes from Ballina/Byron airport and 45 minutes from QLD Coolangatta airport. The bus terminal is a 200m walk from our club. The phone number for Byron Bay Taxis is 0266855008.

Unfortunately, you cannot have pets at our accommodation.

All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms, this includes on the balconies. We do have designated and signed smoking areas outside of the club. 

Each room has a reverse-cycle air conditioning unit.
